Anodizing Systems
Anodizing is the process of coating metal in a protective oxide layer for decoration, durability, corrosion resistance, or abrasion control. The process of anodization can really heat up, so it’s important that you use proper cooling systems to regulate the temperature throughout the process.
The anodizing cooling systems work by using either air or water-cooled chillers to regulate the temperature. The system automatically adjusts to temperature changes using a return acid/glycol temperature. This ensures safe regulation throughout the entirety of the anodizing process.
